About occupants
Hi, I'm Max, and I currently work in hospitality. I love watching movies and listening to my records, and I'm an avid reader, as well as a decent cook (if I have a recipe). I love entertaining and socialising with any and everyone. I try to exercise at least a few times a week and love participating in group activities, such as game nights or dinners. I am very sociable, but I respect personal space. I'm big into the Sydney theatre scene and try to watch as many plays as I can afford. I am a bit of a neat freak, and tend to go to sleep a bit later, around 12-2 am, but will be quiet if need be. I'm currently working at a pub so my hours are a bit all over the place, but can end quite late(Latest 3:30am)
Compatible people
I'm looking for an easygoing, friendly, and clean flatmate with a positive attitude and someone willing to do their part to keep the place running. Would love someone to socialise with over dinner or hang out with, but will respect space and privacy if need be. Friends are a welcome addition, provided they are respectful to the space, and I know about it beforehand. Open and honest communication is key for me, and I would like it if my flatmate and I had a clear channel of communication.
