About the occupants
Hi. I am work as a consultant in the city. I work from the office almost every day and travel frequently including on weekends.
I usually exercise in the mornings and enjoy cooking and relaxing at home in the evenings (when home).
I generally ride my bike into the office at Barangaroo which is a ~20 mins ride only so a very convenient location.
I like keeping the house neat and clean (not OCD though!), and am open to having a cleaner as well if you prefer.
My current flatmate is moving with work taking her to the US so looking for someone to share the space with.
This is a beautiful large, sunny and airy house / unit, well renovated with great access to Bronte beach, centennial park and bondi junction all a short walk away.

Someone relaxed, sociable and easy going. I am looking to rent out 1 of the bedrooms, and ok with a couple.
If you take the smaller of the 2 rooms, you can use to the 3rd bedroom as a study / work from home space (usually only used as a guest room).
