A great medium-sized room in a split level apartment. The whole place has two bathrooms, and you would get one all to yourself! Unfurnished - you will need to supply your own bedroom furniture. I have a bedside table that you could use.

About the place and room:
- Penthouse apartment with rooftop balcony overlooking a park. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one per housemate), gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, storage cage, car parking spot (more $ for parking spot).
- Ducted air conditioning and heater
- Your room: Comes with your own bathroom all on the main floor.
- Excellent location: Next to Surry Hills. Coles, Aldi and Asian grocer just around the corner (two mins walk). 10 min bus ride to central station.
- Perks: Comes with a gym, pool, spa, sauna, underground parking spot (+$50/week) and storage cage

Non smokers only. Low-alcohol housemates only (this is not a party house). No couples. Subletting only: you would not be signing up onto the lease initially.

Looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, more on the selfless side of the spectrum and, without question, is able to accept and respect basic house rules (general cleanliness, careful around shared furniture, staying on top of shared things like washing machine and clothes line etc.). Short or long term, both are fine, but one month is the minimum stay.

The advertised rent excludes bills and shared house expenses. Bills have averaged $15-$20 per week per person. We would split bills in half. Shared house expenses are minimal: detergent, cleaning spray etc.
