Our apartment has it all:

- I can help you arrange a reasonably priced undercover car spot nearby for an additional cost per month if you require

We run a clean, tidy and comfortable ship taking turns to replenish common items and a fair roster to manage household tasks. We expect you to clean up after yourself and take care of keeping common spaces neat and tidy as we do after use.
