Looking for a respectful, clean, relaxed HOME-IE to join our house! 2 bedrooms and a office. No car spot but there is street parking and we are less than a 2min walk from Waterloo station.
There are is one room up for grabs and I am seeing who is interested. Vibes are more important than the $$.
Room 1 - $450-$500 (+ bills): large down stairs room connected to shared outdoor patio. There is a large bathroom down stairs with a bath that would be yours outside of guests, laundry duties (kitty litter is currently in the long entry hallway but gets cleaned everyday).
Note* lease is up end of October but can be extended or renewed if wanted.
