Large bedroom with Ensuite Plus 2 built-in robes. Also, if needed, 2 bedside tables & 2 lamps but no bed.
Large Veranda off the bedroom with potted plants. Bedroom has Blinds you can see through to outside but No-one outside can see into the bedroom.
A second set of Blockout blinds can also be used at anytime, especially at night.

We have a lovely townhouse in Wahroonga with comfortable living area,
Electricity & Internet, included in the rent.
We are close to transpor; bus at front & 10 min. walk to Wahroonga or Waitara station & shops.
Westfield, Hornsby - 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. .

There is an indoor heated pool, spa & sauna within the complex & it is always immaculately clean.
Off-street parking is also available.

We smoke outside & prefer to have a person who also smokes outside, so non-smokers Please Do Not Apply unless you’re prepared to accept it’s not a completely smoke free environment.

Unfortunately, there are some people, on here, who are scammers so Please understand that we are 2 females & need to be very careful of whom we share our home with.
We will need to see your driver's licence or passport before giving you our address.
Preference is given to people who are employed full time & not on Centrelink.😊

Hi, I’m Jen & I am semi-retired. I live here with my beautiful daughter, Casey. We have 1 cat, Sapphire who is 19(!) & an 8 year old miniature fox terrier, Coconut, who is very friendly. The fur-babies will not bother you & since we have fur- babies, while we prefer not to add to the pet tally, we may be able to take yours, after discussing with you.
We are easygoing & happy to get to know you. However, we live a relatively quiet life & this is not a party house. We respect your privacy, as we expect you to respect ours. We are more spiritual than religious although we respect all faiths & religions.
As we are 2 females we need to be very careful of who we give our address to so we will need to see a screenshot of your Photo 🆔 (Driver’s license or Passport) before we give out our address. I hope you understand Why this is absolutely necessary for us since & is not negotiable. 😊
