My neighborhood is extremely quiet, peaceful and on the cliff top overlooking the ocean. The small block of apartments has recently been completely renovated on the outside, along with balcony, stairs and entrance corridor upgrades.

Facing north, this sun filled apartment is barely a breath to the dramatic sandstone cliffs and scenic coastal boardwalk to Watsons Bay. It’s set in a block (recently renovated) of only nine and captures views over idyllic parkland to the ocean.

Both Edgecliff and Bondi Junction have train terminals for connections. Bondi Beach is 380 bus route and takes approx 15 minutes. Get the Rosebay Ferry to Circular Quay - CBD (takes 10mins) and is a fantastic trip across the harbour to work.

I am very health conscious and prepare all my own organic foods and juices. I love living here and smelling the sea breeze and watching fantastic sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.
