This is a large three bedroom apartment. I am renting out one room, with access to a second room as a study / workshop if required.

Outlook at the back from the balcony is pleasant. Short walk (6 minutes) to Turramurra train station (North Shore line) and 2 minutes to the bus stop (575 to Macquarie University).

The bathroom is a good size and will only be used by you and your visitors.

Electricity, water and internet are included.

Apartment is furnished.

I will be away most of May / June, planning travel COVID permitting.

I live on my own, in a large three bedroom plus study apartment. I am quiet, very easy going, and often out of the house during the day. I am retired. I enjoy cooking occasionally for friends and family, but more often than not am content with a simple dinner . And an occasional glass of red.
