The house has a very large living room and separate dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms (2 showers and spa bath) and 3 toilets. There is a long north-facing rear deck that has a pleasant leafy outlook over a large backyard.
This location is handy for Professional people or Macquarie/UWS students.
Master bedroom is available now.

The house is a 5 min walk to Telopea train station and 545 and 535 Bus stops. There is also a budget petrol station with shop, a coffee shop, Pizza, Chinese restaurant and a general store. Anytime fitness gym is a walk away.

Nearby suburbs are Carlingford, Eastwood, Parramatta. Also very close to Rydalmere industrial and commercial working area and UWS North Parramatta and Rydalmere Campus. Route 545 and 535 bus routes 20 mins to Parramatta and to Eastwood, Macquarie Centre or Uni, 550 bus route is also nearby.

Prices include all bills, electricity, gas and water and unlimited highspeed broadband Internet, 100 Mbps up, 50 Mbps down.

I sleep downstairs in the unit. I am middle-aged, relaxed and very easy to communicate with. I enjoy helping people and have a can-do attitude.

The double room has a great outlook. Front and rear decks are great to enjoy the breeze and view, or to watch the lorikeets in the trees. The vegetable garden is in full swing.
