Stunning penthouse overlooking Tamarama beach. This is 3 bed/2 bath, with additional office space! Ocean views.

I am travelling for two months and looking to sublet this rare find! You’ll have the master bedroom with private ensuite and direct access to the balcony and ocean views. Walk in wardrobe and partly furnished (bed, chair, etc)

You’ll be sharing the living, kitchen, laundry and office spaces with two professional males, late 20s. They typically work in office so you’ll have our extra work space to yourself! All shared areas fully furnished for your to use. Car space also available.

I can be flexible with dates from mid June to mid/late August. Utilities included. Message me for more details!
