Description of the home
This is a fantastic house with so much space it is easy to find your own space despite living with three others.
We have a large living room, dining room, a modern kitchen, a large front verandah with semi-water views, an absolutely ENORMOUS backyard with three seperate tiers (we rarely venture past the first though!) and a swimming pool.
It is two level home with two bathrooms , three of the bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs.
We have a modern dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, and pretty much every kitchen appliance you could want or need.
The bedroom available is the largest in the house, front facing with great views, an in-built wardrobe and a privacy lock.
All utilities are included in the rent, including:

We are a group of three flat mates (Katina, Michael and Puneeth). We also live with our Groodle Appa, who is a super chill doggo that typically keeps to himself and just wants to be in the same room as others.
We are a fairly easy-going group of people that like to hang out and socialise with one another here and there (going out for a coffee, eating together, watching tv, swimming in the pool or playing some games). However we also appreciate and respect each other’s space and alone time; it is a very large house and it is easy to find your own space if you want it.
We all work full-time with a some of us working from home here and there (usually from our bedrooms).
We might have the rare event a couple of times a year, but this is not a party house. We are more likely to have a few friends over for a BBQ by the pool.
We try to put aside time on Wednesday night to have dinner all together (either out or at home).
We are looking for someone to live with, rather than just someone to occupy a room.
We are all tidy, and like to keep shared spaces neat and clean.
We are looking for someone who is like-minded, tidy, easy-going and must love doggos!
