We are RENTING OUT a stunning room in our building. Preferably mid-long term. Please find all the details below 👇:

✔️LOCATION: private room at ‘ The Connaught building’ located in the corner of Liverpool st and Wentworth Ave st. 📍🗺️ Perfect point just in front of the Hyde park with many bus stops nearby, Museum train station on the corner and the Light rail a few blocks away.

✔️ROOM DETAILS : We are renting a spacious private room with shared balcony and the best sunrise views. The room is fully furnished with a big built in wardrobe. We are looking for a FEMALE PERSON to take the room.

✔️PRICE: The price for the room is $480 whitout bills.
•2 weeks BOND MUST BE PAID in advanced and it will be returned after the room and apartment is checked once you decide to leave! / 4 WEEKS NOTICE must be given before you decide to leave!‼️

⭐️ 🏠We have our home rules to try to keep our space cozy and peaceful:

1) Respect times. It is definitely NOT A PARTY HOUSE! 🚫. We love having some dinners on the weekends but during the week we try to respect hours and everyone’s routines! 🙏🏻🥰

2)You are gonna be leaving with us👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻! We are a couple in our mid 30s. We are both working full time and we enjoy sharing some great time, long chats and dinners at home💫

3)We try to keep our apartment and rooms/ Baths cleaned and shiny so your collaboration will be appreciated!🧹🩷

4) Ideally, we’d love a flatmate who is respectful, mindful of others’ spaces and times, and has a positive vibe.☮️🥰

5)The building has facilities as rooftop with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Gym and Sauna. 🏊🤩. You can access to them as many time as you want but please always respect the building rules otherwise your bond also will be retained.
