Hello there,

I am advertising one of the fully furnished room for a rent (potential extend of rent possible and can discuss), I am looking for a clean and reliable potential flatmate.(or couple)

The apartment is 2 bed and 2 bath, you will have own bathroom and there are plenty of storage space.

My place has everything you need: (I am well known to be a very clean person, so all of my belongings has been well looked after and in pristine condition.)

The room : Queen size bed with mattress, bed side table, stand up lamp, big mirror, storage ubder the bed, built in wardrobe.

Living room : you will have storage space for luggage bag etc (Will share with me, but you should have enough space to store 2-3 Medium to large luggage bags)
65inch Samsung TV with sound bar (you’ll have free access to Netflix) + Tv Unit, Dining table, console for more storage(if you need)

Kitchen : Microwave, Rice cooker, Kettle, cooking tools and all cutlery, bowls and glassware etc

Laundry : Samsung washing machine, Drying rack, iron, ironing board, Dyson Vacuum

Balcony : has an outdoor table

There is a small gym downstairs my apt and also has a pool access

My current flatmate took the photo of the room while packing things away but it actually is nicer in real :)
Internet + Gas + Electricity included in the rent

What you will need to supply yourself :
-Bed linen (Queen size bed)
-Towels and Bathmat
-toiletaries
-your own grocery
