Description of the home

My fiance and I have a freshly renovated, fully furnished, 4-bedroom Surry Hills terrace with plenty of space.
We use one bedroom as a home office, another as our 2nd wardrobe / guest room for the occasional visitor, and our room in the master.
We're considering renting the 4th ensuited room, covering the entire 3d floor, for the right candidate.
The house is really well positioned in the hub of the cafe and restaurant culture of Surry Hills. It's an 8-minute walk to central station, 5 minutes to Taylor square and 20 minutes to Hyde Park, with bus stations all around. The connectivity is so good we sold our car because there was never a need for it.
The house is semi-detached so we get an abundance of light and ample sun in the landscaped courtyard. 3-meter-high ceilings and a great floorplan with separate living areas makes the house feel spacious. There is also a basement (not shown on floorplan) with extensive storage available.
We have a clean, sophisticated inner-city vibe with a lot of character and architecture (as opposed to neutral tone, soul-less boxes that are being built these days) however no clutter and the right mix of house plants.
Although there is everything right on the doorstep, inside the house feels like a comfortable, peaceful sanctuary despite being so close to the city.
We work very hard during the week and want a no fuss housemate who:
1.) Pays rent and bills on time every time - no exceptions.
2.) Is sane and sorted. No drama. Reliable.
3.) Cleans up after themselves.
4.) Respects the home as if it was theirs.
5.) No pets and no smoking inside.
