We’re looking for someone to join our gorgeous Surry Hills share house!

The room is sun filled, large in size with built in wardrobes and its own aircon unit 🌞. The bed base, mattress and desk currently in the room are all up for grabs if you would like! Otherwise the room can also come fully unfurnished ☺️. Rent is $418.75 p/w, paid fortnightly (excluding bills). The room is available from Saturday 27 June but is currently empty so can be earlier!

Bond is 4 weeks rent and bills are split evenly.

The House: Our house is in an amazing location in Surry hills, 5 minutes walk to central station (including light rail), 5 minutes to crown street, and surrounded by plenty of cafes, pubs and bars. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a shared study, large living room and kitchen and a cute front porch. 🌿

We have created a warm, cosy, homely vibe in the house with and we love to hang out and enjoy the space 🌞.

We’re super close to plenty of parks, shopping centres, public transport, cafes and vibes. 🌿
