Located just off of Oxford Street, with Aldi, Fitness First and plenty of cafe’s, bars and restaurants close by, I’m looking to sublet my room in this modern duplex apartment for a period of 4 weeks whilst away in the UK.
You’ll be living with Jack, who’s in his late 20’s and from the UK but has been living in Sydney for the last couple of years. He’s pretty easy going, very sociable but it’s not a party house.
Although the room isn’t en-suite, you’ll have sole use of the main bathroom.
