Idealic room located on the cusp of Sydney’s CBD and Surry hills available in Surry hills from 8th June until February (move out day can be flexible- min 6 month stay)

Looking for a male- in there 20s who is easy going, considerate, clean, and overall chilled: who has lived out of home before.

$390 per week
10 minute walk from central station
7min walk to Crown st
5 minute walk to Surry hills light rail
Bus stop to the beaches right outside (genuinely RIGHT OUTSIDE)

Room can be partially finished for an additional cost

Bath and separate shower - bathroom only shared between two people

Living with 2 Aussie boys and a Sydney gal in their early- mid 20s. (1 couple and one of our longtime besties)

A bit about us- we have all known each other a long time. We love Netflix, having a night out with our friends and uber eats!. Most of us work in hospitality/ study, and primarily just stay in our own space when we are home, but we love to have a chat in passing. We all work very hard in our fields and enjoy our downtime very much.

NO COUPLES- more than 4 in the apartment just feels crowded. However spouses/ friends are more than welcome whenever!
No pets (we wish we could though)
🍁 🚬 friendly household. (Balcony bound obviously)

Lease until February 20th 2026, possibility to extend.
