Super ideal location near central Surry Hills, just a 5 minute walk from the Surry Hills tramstop, and 2 minutes away from a city line bus stop (great for anyone who frequently travels into the city)
Located just a few minutes away from central Crown Street, this house is neighboured by many cafes, pubs, and restaurants (cafe Dougie just opposite the house, and The Carrington pub next door) Never too far away from a good coffee!
Subletting my room for 2 months from the 1st July - 3rd September, on the 3rd floor / attic of the property. The house itself has a comfy lounge and dining area, spacious kitchen with gas hobs, plenty of storage with a utility room, 2 bathrooms & showers, each with modern fitouts.
Apple TV has access to a Netflix, Disney +, and Amazon Video subscriptions.

Huge foodie who loves to cook for the house, I also play guitar and practice photography & videography for hobbies.
Subletting the room for 2 months whilst I'm visiting home.
Nina: Engaged to Scott, from the UK (working holiday). Also works at Flight Club, as a floor supervisor, soon switching jobs to a payroll administrator. Work schedule varies a lot week to week.
Scott: Engaged to Nina, from the UK (working holiday), works as a carpenter with very early mornings Monday-Friday. Enjoys fishing in his free time, has plenty of side projects in mind for the house.
Jacinta: Australian, Also works in Flight Club, as part of the comms team in the office. Active lifestyle & early riser, frequent gym goer & big fan of the beach.
All of us are very chill and friendly, social meals & movie nights together when our schedules align. We also love a having drinks together at the house or out at a lcal pub.
As long as you're willing to be social and make friends with everyone, this would be a great place for you. Plenty of opportunities to join in on some nights out (we also play darts for free at Flight Club and get 50% off food & drink there)
As long as you help contribute to keeping the place clean, there won't be any issues!
