Resort style living right on Oxford St in Darlinghurst/Surry Hills with everything in walking distance. The building has a swimming pool, gym and balcony with city and harbour views. Great for NYE and Mardi Gras. Centre of the city is less than 10 min walk, close to trains and buses to the beach with bars/restaurants, chemist, shops and supermarkets directly downstairs. Undercover parking available.
Room available is decently sized with floor to ceiling windows, lots of light, built in wardrobe and air con/heating. Will come unfurnished but rest of apartment is furnished. Welcome to bring any furniture/plants. Both the bedrooms and living areas are super quiet and sound insulated.
There is an internal laundry with washer and dryer and we also have a dishwasher in the kitchen and all appliances.
Available from June 21 but we are flexible with move in date if you need earlier!

Ciaran is 35 and a primary school teacher. Also easy going, enjoys keeping up to date with the latest tv series, checking out local pubs and bars and keeping fit with walks around Centennial Park. Ciaran is in the main bedroom downstairs and has his own bathroom so you'll only be sharing the upstairs bathroom with one other.
