This cute little apartment is on the 5th floor above Surry hills overlooking trees and terraces. The room available is small however fits a queen bed in the pic. It has a new inbuilt wardrobe and the most sun as the window faces west.
Building also has a rooftop with clothes lines, great for the sunset and a bevy.
A street over from crown street shops and a the light rail
Around the corner is the new development including Cole’s Harris farms and some other nice restaurants
Down the road in Waterloo is Aldi and Coles.
