Hi there,
I have a private room available in a clean, well-kept home in Surry Hills (2010), and I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, and reliable housemate to share the space.
The home has a calm, comfortable feel and is well looked after. It’s not a party house — more of a quiet, organised place where people can relax and feel at home.
A bit about me — I’m 36 and work full-time in the building industry (Monday to Friday, 8:30–4:30), so the household is generally quiet during the week. I’m originally from Brazil but have been living in Australia since 2007, so this is very much home for me now.
I take pride in keeping the place very clean and well maintained, especially shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom. I’m looking for someone who is on the same page with cleanliness, respect, and general consideration in a shared home.
I’m friendly and easygoing, happy for a chat or the occasional shared meal, but I also strongly respect personal space and a peaceful living environment.
