helloooo lovely people I have a room available in my two bedroom apartment in Summer Hill from the beginning of July (move in dates flexible) to mid September. Ideally looking to live with another girl around the same age!
The whole apartment is really bright, light filled and fully furnished!
The room:
It’s the smaller of two but it’s still a good size with built ins! It’s currently furnished with a double bed and a bedside table that can either stay or go depending on what you need! The rent for the room is $340 per week and internet is $43 per month each. I pay $355 per week for the bigger room. The total rent for the apartment is $695 per week.
The location:
Summer Hill has quickly become my faveee place I’ve ever lived, the village is so cute and it’s very convenient for trains, cafes and grocery shopping (huge IGA with the infamous cheese room).

My name is Misha (she/her), I’m 26 and I am currently working and studying full time. I work for a social purpose organisation helping not-for-profits get funding, and I’m currently finishing up my Masters of Public Policy at USYD.
I’m pretty social and love to have a yap and a giggle at home but also like my alone time. I work from home 2 days per week and I’m in the office the other days.
