I’m looking for a new housemate 😊
It is located less than a 5ish minute walk to Strathfield station where you can get to central in 17 minutes.
Close to Strathfield shops and also a quick 10ish minute walk to Burwood Chinatown and Westfield.
Whole house is furnished including your bedroom. Bedroom includes: bed, pillows, sheets, blankets, 2 bedside tables, 1 aircon unit, 1 clothing storage (no built in). There’s some storage throught the house for you to use as well
I have a washing machine and dryer for you to use.
I have 1 cat so it’s super important that you like cats/ understand what comes with a cat as she will be roaming around. She’s very sweet and chill.
You can find free parking if you’re ok with a bit of a walk down to the next street, otherwise parking will need to be organised by yourself.

I’m relaxed, friendly and always open for a chat, dinner, nights out together if it comes to it, but also like my wind-down time as well and respect others space.
House is tidy, your space is yours to do as you wish, however stick to renter friendly options.
The shared spaces are also yours to make your own. Clean as you go, but I also understand that sometimes you’re tired after work and will get to it later.
It is important in this case you are either lgbt+ or lgbt friendly. Generally find myself compatible with women or other gay men from a living compatibility perspective.
Making this your space means having people over as you please, this is your home too. Just be respectable of neighbours and noise etc as appropriate.
