We have the most gorgeous little ground floor flat. The living area is nice and open, with the best quality TV and cosy couches, plus a record player. Kitchen has a dishwasher and good storage. Bedroom has the most stunning green leafy outlook onto the large balcony, where you'll always find out adopted street cat hanging out on his bed ☀️Lots of sunshine in this apartment, but it stays cool in Summer if you keep the blinds closed during the day. The room is small, but bright, and furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp. We fit a TV and shelves too previously. Everything but the bed can be removed if you prefer. There is a built in wardrobe in the hallway just outside the room for your use.

I'm a 22 year old classical musician, working as an oboe teacher at a few Sydney schools while preparing for professional auditions. I play the oboe, it's not a loud instrument ;) I'm very understanding of the need for peace and calm in a home environment of course!

I love working out, cuddles with our adopted stray cat, reading and all kinds of music. Looking for a housemate who wants to be more than just flatmates! Love to grab a drink on our local Enmore Road after a long work week.
