SHORT TERM ROOM: 10/05/2024 - 20/05/2024 but negociable

I am looking for some to fill my room for 7/10 days in our Stanmore pod. Both the house and the bedroom is fully furnished with all the kitchen utensils, we have a washing machine, got a movie room, desk with had screen, a walk-in shower, an extra toilet for the morning traffic, a big fridge, and many houseplants. There is also a nice backyard mostly used to chill and have a beer at night.

The suburb: Stanmore station is just a 3-minute walk, there is an IGA close by to do your grocery. If you want to have fun or go for a nice dinner newtown is only 15 minutes away or 1 train stop from the house. Marrickville Metro is a 10 min drive away and we usually drive there together for Aldi's sweet deals.

Szabo 30 y/o: Always making delicious dinners and up for a chat or a drink. From Transylvania, doing his PhD in Quantum Computing, working from home twice a week. Most days you can find him in the climbing gym or playing AoE.

Maddy 29 y/o: Works hard, but very chill and social. She is probably out with friends or somewhere in nature.

Alex, 24 y/o: He is such a babe! He is a super social guy from the acting world who loves a sweet dinner with friends.

Fin: he is the prince of the house. He would let you cuddle him, but not that keen on human presence.

I think we are generally very clean and quite adjustable :). We hang out together quite a lot. Like to go to the beach/ parks. Watch a movie, have dinner together and wine. The wine is essential! We usually go out during the weekend, nature or gigs, but the party never really comes home.
Compatible people
Whether this is your first pod in Sydney or you are a local with your own group of friends, this could be a fun house to stay in for a week or so. We are happy with students or young professionals, artists, scientists or bakers, anything really. It is nice to be friendly of course.
