The house is in St Ives, just a 7-minute walk to The Village Green, 25 minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to Hornsby. This spacious, light-filled home has a large lounge connected to a dining area, plus a sunroom off the kitchen. It’s designed for easy, comfortable living with all modern conveniences. Your bedroom easily fits a queen-sized bed, has a built-in wardrobe and gets plenty of natural light. Furniture can be provided if needed. You’ll have your bathroom and only share the house with one other professional woman. There’s also plenty of storage under the house and ample off-street parking. The backyard is great for relaxing, with BBQ facilities and a large swimming pool to enjoy in summer.

You’ll be living with an easy-going professional woman (40+) and two cheeky cats! We’re pet-friendly for the right dog. A WFH option is also available
