The unit is on the ground floor with high ceilings and a cosy, fully furnished vibe—put together with pride and love. It has spacious shared areas and opens out to a huge shared garden, perfect for outdoor dinners, catching some sun, or hanging out the washing.

You’ll be living with one Kiwi girl in her late 20s—she’s an absolute gem of a housemate. Super warm, respectful, and easygoing, she works professionally in the office Monday to Thursday, so the place is quiet and peaceful during the day.

I’ve become good friends with the neighbours next door—they’re super lovely and make the whole place feel even more relaxed and easygoing. It's just an 8-minute walk to the beach and a quick 5-minute drive to Maroubra. There’s plenty of street parking available, and if you rely on public transport, the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away (350 to Bondi Junction, 377X to the City). Randwick is also a lovely 20-minute walk if you're in the mood.

The room itself is huge, fully furnished, and comes with a brand new king bed and mattress. It also has an attached sunroom that doubles as a walk-in wardrobe and a dedicated study—perfect if you work from home. You’ll also have two bedside tables with lamps, a heater, bedding with pillows, and a projector TV for cosy nights in (you’re welcome to bring your own bedding if you prefer).

Rent is $350 per week with bills included—an absolute steal for the space and location.

I will be overseas. Dates are flexible between 17th July and 17th August, so feel free to reach out if you're looking for a short-term stay within that window.
