House share in south Coogee for 5 weeks, under 10minutes walk to Coogee beach, Available 10/06/25 for sublet extension available
good transport hub with express buses to the city and bondi junction, able to walk to randwick light rail as well.
Sharing with 2 English girls,
2 lads one English one Aussie,
Every one is very social and easy to get on with, all working full time and do enjoy to catch up for wine at the weekend or movie night during the week
House has a cleaner every 2 weeks for communal areas, which I will cover the cost for over this period,.
Bathroom is sharing with one other person only so never have any problems waiting to use shower etc
There is free on street parking as well
Would be suitable for a friendly single person with similar interests and clean and respectful :) bills included in rent
