Welcome to our modern humble abode with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Step inside and you'll be greeted by a beautifully sunny space, filled with natural light from the abundance of windows surrounding. The apartment boasts a modern design and is perfectly situated in the middle of Coogee and Maroubra.

We have two entrances to our place, one at the front of the building and stairs on the side leading to an inviting outdoor area where you can relax and unwind. Inside, you'll find a TV equipped with a PlayStation for your entertainment, and Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Convenience is at your doorstep, with a bus stop right out front, making commuting a breeze. And if you're a beach lover, you'll be delighted to know that the stunning beach is just a two-minute walk away.

Right next door to our apartment, you'll find the renowned Lion and Buffalo cafe, where you can indulge in delicious treats and enjoy a great cup of coffee. The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are quiet and respectful, ensuring a tranquil living experience.
