I'm looking for a housemate who's really good with keeping things clean and tidy, and who'll treat the place with respect. I'm pretty laid-back myself, though I do appreciate having my own space sometimes. As a chef, I can work long hours, so when I'm home, I mostly just want to chill.

There are currently a couple and myself in this place. We are barely home so it would be a great addition for another roomie. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with me. I’m very clean!

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who also respects boundaries, communicates openly, and is considerate of noise levels.
