My lovely housemate just got accepted into Grad School in the UK! So that means I'm looking for a new housemate.

This is a fully-furnished apartment and has a washing machine in the kitchen.
The apartment is set back off main road, in quiet leafy surrounds.

I'm pretty laid-back, work all week 8 - 5 and keep it chilled at home. I'm often out on the weekends WORKING the doors at clubs/events.
Love pets, but we can't have them :(

I'm more than happy sharing food/staples and like to cook. I try to keep it healthy, and on the odd occasion bake. (I baked before it was a covid thing)

I'm happy watching movies/shows anytime and just have a chat and kick-back after work.
Not a party house. I sometimes tour DJ's and put on events, but guess what...still not a party house!

Unfortunately, not keen on 'first time out of home' stayers.

I'm looking for someone who is very neat & tidy and has an understanding or experience of shared accommodation. I'm personally very neat & house proud. Courtesy is essential. Anyone who enjoys having a 'home' and appreciates comfortable space and surroundings.
