This is a lovely, modern apartment with not one, but 2 spacious balconies and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a laundry room in the apartment, and an additional toilet There is also garage space to store extra items. All the furniture and appliances are brand new including a washer dryer, fridge. There is an induction hob and dishwasher as well.

Wifi is NBN, and you are welcome to use my Netflix account!

The location is fantastic - it is within walking distance to both Bondi Beach and Rose Bay Wharf, with the nearest Woolies and Chemist Warehouse within a 5 min walk. The bus stop is just a 3 min walk down the street running along Old South Head road.

The neighbours are amazing and lovely, not a party block.

The room itself has a built-in wardrobe and 3 shelves mounted onto the walls. The room comes with a double bed frame with mattress (photos shown are just bare at the moment!), although you could fit a queen bed in there. I can provide 2 bedside tables, fan, and other decorative items if you require

Hi and welcome to my home! I am a project manager by profession and have been living in the Eastern suburbs for a few years, although I am originally from Malaysia. Prior to Sydney ,I lived in London for 6 years.

I do work from home some days, but am in the office in the city more than half the time.

I have an active lifestyle, and am typically found running, doing yoga, diving, surfing, and just enjoying the outdoors. I'm pretty easy going, and would love to share the space with someone who is responsible, and don't mind sharing some wine and dinner from time to time
