Hi, I'm seeking an employed share flat mate to share with an I.T professional. The unit is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom (the main bathroom which would mainly be available to the share tenant). Conveniently located on bus stop, across road from Harris Farm in Rose Bay, on top of several restaurants and cafes literally at the door. Both Rose Bay and Dover Heights are fabulous walks (if that's what you like, as I do! You would be sharing with me and my two Himalayan Persian sister pussy cats.
Decent size balcony which over looks the CBD, North Sydney and surrounding suburbs. Large kitchen with dishwasher, separate laundry with front loader and dryer (when needed). The home/unit is relaxed and furnished to make it feel like a home. Smoking only permitted on the balcony (which has an awning for sun/rain plus an outdoor umbrella when needed) and outdoor setting. Great location and fabulous company (not looking for party people, but do love to socialize). I hope to hear from you to see if we are suited to our lifestyles. I look forward to hearing from you.
