Description of the home
Not gonna lie, it's a pretty awesome apartment. We've got North and West facing floor to ceiling windows (don't worry, it's air conditioned), so we get to watch the sunset out along the river off a pretty big balcony. We're on the 9th floor, so nothing's blocking our view.
We're on a major train line, bus line, and the ferry route. There's underground parking (I don't have a car so it's all yours), and we're a 5 minute walk from the shops.
We're right near an Anytime, and a Club Lime if that's more your speed.
There's also a (pretty average) apartment gym, a great pool, and a spa and sauna.
Also if you're unfamiliar with Rhodes, the waterside walks / runs around here are AMAZING.

Looking for someone who can contribute more rent than my freeloader cat. He tolerates other cats too, should you have one.
I've really only lived with people I really enjoy the company of, and I'm not really looking to change that, so we should make sure we like spending time together if you're looking for a long stay.
Also I don't have a TV, so if you're super into that, you'll have to bring your own :)
