Hi potential flatmate,

Are you looking for a home... not just a room?

Well you are in luck, we have a bedroom becoming available in our 3 bedroom apartment ( shared bathroom). We are seeking a clean, calm, respectful, interesting and mature (ish) individual.

Someone with common sense whom has lived successfully in share accomodation previously would be nice.

The apartment is fully furnished, comes with internet/bills included, household items shared, cooking utensils shared, washer/ dryer. Room is sunny during midday with blockout curtains also when needed.

The apartment is in an ideal central location only 7 mins walk to central station, close to bus routes to beaches, supermarket 5 mins walk, close universities, close to parks, close to outdoor swimming pool. This is a quiet house on a quiet street that is treated more like a home. We also have a backyard area for off-street parking and barbecue etc

Preference will be given to applicants whom are clean, personable, positive, reliable and wanting to stay medium to long term (6+ months ).
