Two large rooms avail in our large Social terrace across the road from Central Station and Prince Alfred Park.

The first room is a garden studio comes furnished with a Queen bed, clothes rack and a desk. It’s $340pw plus $35pw for bills, so $375pw altogether. The room is also available for two people for an extra $100pw, altogether $475pw. The room is avail 1st March. .

The second room is the size of a studio and comes furnished with a Queen bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and a desk. It’s $415pw plus $35pw for bills, so $450pe altogether. The room is also available for two people for an extra $100pw, or $550pw in total. The room is avail 18th March.

The rest of the house is very modern with a large kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms and a large outdoor area.

The other flat mates are; Andrea (27) from Sydney works in project management, Peter (28) from US works in marketing, Anothony (21) from Singapore student, Ally (34) from Sydney works in admin and Kelvin (23) from Sydney, works at Sydney Airport.
