Description of the home

*I have 2 options for my furnished 2nd room!*

1. SOLO short-term sublet AVAILABLE NOW: July 1st until July 10th.
I (and my dog) will be away and happy for someone to use the space (minus the other bedroom) at $75/night including bills.

2. SHARED 1-3 month sublet. The same room is also available for 3 months from July 15th-October 20th. I'll be away at the end of the month (July 23rd - Aug 5th) so you actually get quite a bit of time to yourself! This rent is $395/wk for singles or $495/wk for couples + bills (approx $35/wk)

The room is in a lovely 2 bedroom workers cottage in East Redfern. Super quiet neighbourhood, great neighbours, great cafes nearby, actual ON-STREET parking. It's fully furnished, with Queen bed (and bedding), drawers, ceiling fan bedsides and wardrobe *that's the 'cage' in the pic - You are welcome to use/remove/store children in/etc.

The house itself is a classic Redfern workers' cottage, with the 2 bedrooms upstairs and bathroom/kitchen/lounge/dining all downstairs. Downstairs has brand new tiles but is a quirky set-up with no front door (entry is via the back lane) and bathroom/kitchen at the front of the house. They're both a bit on the smaller side but I am both a very efficient bathroom and kitchen user.

In regards to the shared sublet. I'm ideally after a roomie who is fairly clean and tidy and is respectful of shared spaces. I'm a creative so I'm in and out most days and I spend some time at my partner's place too. I'm pretty chill when I'm home however and certainly susceptible to a 'wine and recline'.

MUST LOVE DOGZ! Betty who is a 4yr old mini foxy, is queen here (pictured in loungeroom photo and last photo). I'm second in line to the throne. She will only be here when I am not away.
