The apartment is fully furnished (BYO bedroom furniture) and equipped with everything you need for comfortable day-to-day living, including modern appliances and a great outdoor balcony with seating, a BBQ, and leafy neighbourhood views.
The apartment also has a secure garage that can be used for storage and has some gym equipment.

I’m pretty easy-going and enjoy an active lifestyle. Outside of work I’m often out cycling, at the gym, walking, or exploring Sydney. I also enjoy discovering new cafes and bars, getting outdoors and making the most of the weekend.
That said, I’m equally happy having a quiet night at home watching a movie or TV and switching off.
I’m clean, organised and considerate of the people I live with, and having a peaceful and comfortable home is important to me. I’m social and enjoy having a chat or sharing a meal or a drink, but I also appreciate that everyone has their own routines and life outside the apartment.
Good communication is important to me — being able to openly and respectfully talk about things, whether it’s sharing the occasional meal or simply sorting out any issues that come up, makes living together much easier.
An active lifestyle would be a bonus — whether that’s getting outdoors, going to the gym, cycling, walking or simply making the most of Sydney.
