Lots of quiet green space with in the apartment building gardens plus many parks with a few mins walk.

It’s on the ground floor and has a rear access into a quite lane way that we mostly use for access.

I’m Vaughan — easygoing, clean, and respectful. I am passionate about sports and manage a local cycling team which means I’m out and about a lot. My best mate is Gilly, a gorgeous border collie who loves people and is super well-behaved. She doesn’t live here full-time but does sleep over occasionally, so you’ll need to be comfortable with a very friendly dog around now and then.

Jess my house mate also lives here and is a friendly, fun house mate who is clean and tidy and super easy to live with. She is a DJ and entertainer and works a lot of evenings.

We both work pretty hard, so life’s always busy but I like keeping home relaxed, tidy, and easygoing. We are down-to-earth, respectful, and enjoy a good laugh and chat, but also value my own space. Gilly, my border collie, stays over sometimes — she’s super friendly and well-behaved. It’s a shared bathroom but has two huge storage cupboards, I like to try and keep bathroom and kitchen spaces very clean… not OCD clean but clean.

We are looking for another female to move in who is easy going, fun and clean and respectful.

As above Gilly is a very adorable Border Collie very well trained and loves people. Will want a pat and a cuddle from time to time.
