Welcome to our wonderful apartment.
Our housemate has decided to take the leap and move in with her boyfriend (great for her but sad for us!) so we are looking for someone to fill her room.
The room available is a queen room with views of the ocean. It’s always lovely and light and there are blinds on the window.
The apartment has fully furnished communal areas (sofa, fridge, washing machine, dining room table, kitchen wear etc).
The location is incredible!
- Five minute walk to the Spot.
- Ten minute walk to Coogee beach.
- Fifteen minute walk to Randwick shopping centre.
- Public transport is super easy here too. There are multiple bus stops within a couple minute walk to get you all over the city, and a ten minute walk to the light-rail.
This apartment is our home and we’re looking for someone to call it home with us. We are a social pair of professional girls and have a great mix of doing our own thing and hanging out together. We respect each other’s down time and are early birds in the week (decent bed time and early mornings!) with usually jam-packed weekends!

We are both pretty social and have our own things going on but love to hangout together, especially on a chilled weekday evening. We are very active and enjoy the outdoors (who doesn’t love a beach day when the sun finally shines!). During the week we’re pretty low key with a decent bed time and early mornings. At the weekend we’re often out and about and are more than happy for some drinks and a dance.
We are looking for someone of a similar age, working full time and in a similar position to us. We would love someone we can be friends with and add to our gorgeous home, not just pay the bills! If you think you’ld be a great fit we would love to hear from you.
