Room for rent in 2 bedroom split level apartment in Randwick. Living with me and my super sweet and friendly dog Cali.

The room is a good size with a generous double built-in wardrobe. North facing and gets lovely sunlight from morning to afternoon 🌞. Plenty of space for a double bed and desk. Comes unfurnished.

The apartment is fully furnished with a large balcony, internal laundry with washer and dryer, dishwasher, BBQ, and plenty of storage. Shared bathroom. Lots of off street parking available.

5 min drive to Coogee beach or 10 mins by bus

About me: I’m 33 and work as a copywriter at a health tech startup. Love going on big walks with my dog, swims at Coogee, watching true crime docos, socialising with friends and spending time with my family. I’m easygoing, friendly, and reliable. My week nights are my down time but I’m always keen for a chat, cheeky wine or watching a show together in the evenings. Im out and about most weekends but this is not a party or kickons house.

About you: Looking for a likeminded female housemate (late 20s - mid 30s, no couples) who loves dogs, likes to socialise but also respects me-time, is mature, clean, tidy, and friendly. Ideally not someone who works from home full time or who works night shifts.
