My wonderful housemate has moved out, so I'm looking for someone to share this G O R G E O U S apartment with on the border of Randwick/Clovelly.
Living here, you'll most likely be spending most of your free time in our bright, sun-filled living area with floor-to-ceiling windows leading to a balcony with a peaceful, leafy outlook.
The apartment has all the mod-cons; dishwasher, stone-top kitchen, heated bathroom, air-con.
The bedroom is decent-sized looking out to the garden, fitted with double mirrored built-in wardrobes and plant shelves! There is also plenty of storage for you in the garage if you need it.
The location is hard to beat; right off Frenchman's road, cafes, restaurants - walking distance to Clovelly, Coogee and Bronte beaches, Queens & Centennial Park and a 10 min drive / short bus to Bondi Junction!
