- Fully furnished, with a really comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
- May need to purchase bed at a cheap price from the tenant leaving as it was the only piece of furniture bought when moving in.
- 20 min walk to Coogee beach
- 20 min bus ride to city centre
- There is a covered parking space but it is being used by my car so not sure if there would be adequate space for another vehicle to fit.
