I've been living in Sydney for 12+years and have lots of experience house sharing. Sharing can be fun, I enjoy those moments when you cross paths at home and have a good yap in the kitchen. Other times we'll be busy out and about or hauled up in our rooms re-cuperating from the chaos of life. I actually own this apartment and have been here a few years, so I will take care of the house work (I have an efficient system!) so all you need to do is wipe a kitchen surface after cooking and load your dishes in the dish washer ;) I'm in an era of my life of being healthy and productive, trying to build my dream life so I'm in bed early and focussing on gym and projects. I also work from home and would prefer to share with someone who works at 'the office' so it doesn't get too crowded here. It has a spacious layout and will feel comfortable with one other person, I think sharing with a couple will be too crowded.
