The apartment is a spacious but cosy 2-bedroom first-floor flat on a quiet street 5 mins walk from Randwick hub, The Spot & L2 tramline. Only 10-15 minutes walk from Coogee Beach (depending on your stride) + no crazy steep hills to climb! There is a small park across the road & one parking space.
