Apartment is a 5-10 min walk to either Manly or Freshie beach! It’s always a great walk in sunny days and just great lifestyle by the beach. Apartment is close to cafes, restaurants and the bus stop are in front (into surrounding NB) or a few mins walk for trips into the city!
It’s a quiet neighbourhood, and with plenty of parking on the street if you have a car. Neighbours are also super lovely.

The room itself comes unfurnished and can comfortably fit a double or queen bed (queen is in picture). There is ample of storage in the room and in the apartment which is wonderful! Kitchen is newly renovated and overall a homey apartment.

Rent is $425 p/w. Internet is monthly with electricity a quarter bill split between you two.

You’ll be sharing with one male named Braden (33) who’s super easy going. He works in finance and is in office 3 days a week, 2 wfh. He is very active, enjoys the gym, beach and going away on little trips over the weekend. He is social but also respects your space and looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Someone clean, respectful and easy going.
