Description of the home
I have a double room (queen bed fits in happily) in a large downstairs two bed apartment with a courtyard.
It's a 10 minute walk to Bondi Junction, 15 minutes to Bronte Beach and 5 minutes to Queens Park. Buses to Coogee in 12mins and Bondi Junction in 3mins.
The room is unfurnished but the apartment fully equipped with everything you'd need.
The main bathroom will be for your use
There is a storage unit with space but LOADS of storage space in the apartment.
The outdoor area gets morning sun (East facing) and I have a great outdoor seating and entertaining area.
Large living and dining area with big table and 4 person sofa with recliner.
Penty of space for a desk if you work from home!

I am a 37 yr old PE teacher working at a local high school, I coach a lot of Basketball evenings and some weekends. I like to relax and watch Netflix in the evenings, with the occasional bottle of wine. When I'm not working and coaching I enjoy golf or going for a coastal walk.
My current housemate who is moving in with his girlfriend lived here for 14 months. He was super clean, respectful and an amazing housemate. I like a harmonious household and it to be kept clean and tidy but I am definitely not OCD on cleaning. No rosta needed just treat it like your own. Not a party house but friends of course welcome.
I like to watch Premier league football and a new series on Netflix, big fan of the America. Office.
