Hi there! My name is Eve I’m 20 years old and live with my partner Sol 26 years old. We are looking for someone to come stay with us until the end of the lease as our current roommates are moving out soon.
Pets:
We currently have 2 cats so we are open to having another pet live with us however we will need to make sure that your pet gets along with the pets that are currently living here.
About us:
So as mentioned before I’m Eve and my partner is Sol. Sol is a project manager, he often works from home in the office or downstairs in the lounge room. Sol is very much introverted and enjoys spending his time with the cats or joining me in whatever activity I’m doing. As for myself I’m definitely the extrovert, I enjoy my time riding my motorbike, working on cars and doing car photography. At night we will typically go sit outside and smoke, as we do have a script for medical cannabis, if it starts to bother you please let us know and we will figure something out 🙂
We are happy to either leave you alone to do your own thing but if you ever want someone to hang out with just ask.
Cleanliness:
We understand that life happens and the house can get a bit messy, that’s fine. I myself am on the autism spectrum so there are a few things that need to be done
- we vacuum every second day, with 4 people in the house it works out to be each individual person vacuumed once a week (just common areas)
- we have a dishwasher so please try to have your dishes in there before you go to bed, if you forget every now and then that’s fine just as long as you don’t forget every day
- keep common areas generally tidy
‼️‼️We are able to provide a double queen size bed if you don’t already have one and if you stay till the lease ends you can keep it for free‼️‼️
