A wireless NBN broadband service, Netflix, and all services (water, electricity, etc.) are included.Washing machine and dryer are free for guests to use.
The living area is open and airy and there is access to a sunny roof garden with views over the city.
Guest(s) are very welcome to make full use of the kitchen, which is styled with a modern, avant-garde touch and equipped with everything you might need—oven, microwave, espresso machine, juice blender, and a full set of utensils and cookware. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast or experimenting with fresh ingredients from the nearby Sydney Fish Market (just 15 minutes away), the space is yours to enjoy.
This is a great central location right on the doorstep of the city. An easy walk to the city centre; Darling Harbour is 400 metres; Chinatown or Town Hall Station 15 minutes; and Central Station 20 minutes. Alternatively buses are at the door to Town Hall and then to Bondi Junction, a ferry to Circular Quay from Pyrmont Bay wharf; walk to Town Hall in 15 minutes and the light rail nearby running between Dulwich Hill and Central Station.
Within two blocks from our place you can find a chemist, doctors, local supermarkets, and Post Office, as well as a choice of pubs, great cafes and fast food. We are 500 metres from the Ian Thorpe pool and gymnasium complex.
The University of Sydney (2 km), University of Technology Sydney (1 km), and Broadway Shopping Centre (1.4km) are also nearby. The shopping centre includes banks, ATMs, another Post Office, a food hall and cinema complex.

Bills and expenses

All bills all inclusive, ;-) as I would like the guest to have a care-free stay once confirmed the rental stay. (Only one thing: guests are warmly reminded to use the heating utilities with a conservative mind due to the expensive electricity cost in Sydney)
