Plenty of buses are available from Petersham Station (eg 412, 445) or on Parramatta Rd (7 min walk). Taverners Hill tram stop is a 15 min walk. Very close to Petersham Bowling Club and The White Cockatoo pub.

Two train stops from Newtown and all its restaurants/shops/bars. Norton St Leichhardt also close by with its supermarkets.
